Name, age & how long have you been Powerlifting?
Javarryon Fort age 20 , I've been powerlifting for 3 years 
 
Best lifts in competition?
633 deadlift 

Athletic background?  What you did before powerlifting?
 I ran cross country 

Why Powerlifting?
 I was working out fun. As time went i noticed I was stringer than most people my age , so I started taking powerlifting serious at 18, did my first two meets at 19 .

Tell me something about your gym/team.
 I train at two gyms , Accerated fitness where I'm from in Medina it's a great gym . But when I'm peaking for a meet I go to Old school iron because it's more serious and to use the kilo plates 

Trying alone or training partner/coach, team?
 I train Alone so u can stay in my zone . Love to be locked in . My coach is Cody Robinson.

Biggest inspiration in the sport?
Russ orhii  

What's your favorite lift?
Squat  

Least favorite lift?
Bench press  

Biggest challenge in your training?
 Learning sumo deadlift 

Ideal training atmosphere?  Focused and dialed in or noisy and high energy?
 I like noisy when I'm going for Pr's

Training plan. Do your own programming or have a coach?
I have a coach

Social media.  Positives and negatives
social media is how you get your name out there negatives would be , people always judging when it comes to lifters .
 
Diet you follow? Supplements?
 No diet just no candy , pops , chips but I live ice cream on my cheat day . I take fish oil .

Biggest accomplishment in your powerlifting career?
 Setting a deadlift record & total record for 18-19 and my 3 metals , the metals mean more to me .

What's one of your non-powerlifting goals?
 Find a career that I love
