USPC 2024 Regionals
The 2024 powerlifting season will kick off on March 23rd in Frederick Maryland and last for 3 months!
This exciting competition format will feature regional championships that cumulate into the IPC/USPC Americas' Championship in October 2024.
Listed below will be the date and location of specific regional championships with links to registration (as they become available).
Best lifters from regionals will be sponsored to represent their region in the 2024 IPC/USPC Americas' Championship in Indianapolis, IN in October 2024. The 2024 IPC/USPC Americas' will require lifters to qualify at a USPC regional championship or equivalent meet during the qualifying period (Nov 1, 2023 to Sept 30, 2024). Please note that state championships are not considered the equivalent of a regional meet.
There will be no qualifier to compete in the regional and you may compete outside of your region. You can even compete in multiple regionals.
